By integrating Ulta Lab Tests’ innovative services within community pharmacies, customers can order select low-priced lab tests without the need to obtain a prescription from a local physician (not currently available in all states). Pharmacy customers can easily access lab test information from the Internet and mobile apps. They can also review and track their test results for each biomarker from their personal and secured dashboard 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Pharmacies can now offer lab vouchers with savings up to 80% off the regular price of lab tests and health screenings. Over 30 popular labs are available at $12.95 each, making this a very beneficial service for patients without insurance or patients who have a policy with a high deductible. Patients take a prepaid voucher to one of the more than 2,500 patient service centers nationwide for the blood draw.

The $12.95 lab tests include, but are not limited to:
